- ClimaNest device data — retained for the life of the service agreement, then deleted within 90 days of termination
- Website analytics — aggregated data retained up to 26 months; individual session data deleted within 14 months
- Marketing consent records — retained until you withdraw consent plus 3 years
When personal data is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymise it so it can no longer identify you.
